Salem Mekuria – Awra Amba
Freelance • Web Design • Graphic Design • 2026
I worked with documentarian Salem Mekuria to redesign her website and create promotional and graphic materials for her upcoming documentary film, Awra Amba. The film is about an egalitarian, self-governing community in Northern Ethiopia. I worked on this freelance project for several months during the summer of 2026, and continue to update the website when needed.

UX/UI Design • 2026
For a human-computer interaction course (CS 220), I collaborated with two classmates to design an interactive mockup of a food rating app. The goal was to improve upon Wellesley College's existing dining hall app, AVI Fresh, by reimagining the user experience and interface, as well as adding new social features. We refined our design through several rounds of user testing.
